Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount. Check our website or promotions for current thresholds.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at yhstore2026@gmail.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged Items in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at yhstore2026@gmail.com with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
